BSA Approved by BRIT For Their All Lines Aggregate
We are pleased to announce that BSA has been approved by the BRIT syndicate as a TPA for their all lines aggregate facility. This new product will allow us to expand the range of services into the property and casualty arena and open new opportunities with current and prospective clients.
The All Lines Aggregate program provides a common aggregate stop-loss limit over multiple insurance lines including liability, workers’ compensation, and property. It is a tailor-made package that blends risk retention, risk transfer, loss control, and customized claims management. The client maintains a self-funded retention for each coverage line with an aggregate stop-loss limit across all lines. Additional protection is available through specific excess insurance on select lines as determined by the needs of the clients.
Target markets for this product include:
- Cities over 20,000 in population
- Counties and States
- Public schools with 10,000 or more students
- Public entity pools

Brentwood Services to Expand Footprint in Pacific Northwest
Brentwood, Tennessee and Kalispell, Montana, July 1, 2009 -- Brentwood Services, Inc. and Brentwood Services Administrators, Inc. are currently in the process of implementing a partnership with Putman and Associates, a Kalispell, Montana-based company with satellite office locations in Missoula Montana, Spokane, Washington and Post Falls, Idaho.
Although the transition will be taking place over the next several months, the partnership is anticipated to become effective August 1, 2009. is alliance will effectively unite the two firms, both of which specialize in providing total program management services to employers and employer associations with self-insured and primary workers' compensation programs.
Brentwood Services, Inc., headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, currently services more than ? clients from ? offices nationwide, one of which is located in Helena, Montana. BSI expects this expansion to greatly increase the companies’ foothold in the Northwestern part of the United States. “When complete, we will have an expanded client base and a a much greater presence in the northwest region of the country which will enhance our organic growth in this region,” emphasizes Dick Hammer, CEO of Brentwood Services, Inc. “e fact that both companies value extraordinary customer service and personal attention to our clients combined with the fact that both also focus heavily on holding honesty, integrity, fairness and accountability at their heart of our core values really makes this perfect pairing,” comments Hammer. Putman and Associates was founded in 1989 by Jim Putman. The company currently employs 18 people and services more than 20 workers’ compensation clients in the states of Montana, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. On ________, Jim officially joined Brentwood Services as the Northwest Regional Claim
Director but will however, continue his role as CEO of Putman and Associates until the transition is complete. It is expected that other Putman employees will become BSA employees as the two firms further develop and consolidate their relationships with their respective clients, according to Neil Collins, Director of Human Resources for Brentwood Services Administrators.
