Brentwood, Tennessee and Kalispell, Montana, July 1, 2009 -- Brentwood Services, Inc. and Brentwood Services Administrators, Inc. are currently in the process of implementing a partnership with Putman and Associates, a Kalispell, Montana-based company with satellite office locations in Missoula Montana, Spokane, Washington and Post Falls, Idaho.

Although the transition will be taking place over the next several months, the partnership is anticipated to become effective August 1, 2009. is alliance will effectively unite the two firms, both of which specialize in providing total program management services to employers and employer associations with self-insured and primary workers' compensation programs.

Brentwood Services, Inc., headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, currently services more than ? clients from ? offices nationwide, one of which is located in Helena, Montana. Putman and Associates was founded in 1989 by Jim Putman. The company currently employs 18 people and services more than 20 workers’ compensation clients in the states of Montana, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. On ________, Jim officially joined Brentwood Services as the Northwest Regional Claim
Director but will however, continue his role as CEO of Putman and Associates until the transition is complete. It is expected that other Putman employees will become BSA employees as the two firms further develop and consolidate their relationships with their respective clients, according to Neil Collins, Director of Human Resources for Brentwood Services Administrators.
