BRENTWOOD, TN, April 18, 1996–Roger T. Hunter has joined Brentwood Services Inc. (BSI), effective April 1, 1996, in the new position of systems support manager, according to Richard Hammer, president.

“Roger has the depth of experience in computer hardware and software management to greatly enhance the technological support area of our company’s operations, enabling us to provide more efficient customer service and support,” emphasizes Hammer.

In his new position, Hunter is involved in working with staff to design, develop and  implement new software programs for the BSI companies; training for new and existing software support systems; overall management of the network systems; and computer maintenance and support.

Prior to his employment with Brentwood Services, Hunter was systems support manager for Johnson & Higgins of Tennessee Incorporated, in Nashville, were he was a Novell network administrator, coordinated wide area network activities, maintained all desktop computer equipment, provided software training, and repaired computer equipment.

He also has served as information systems coordinator and actuarial data assistant for Advanced Risk Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Willis Corroon Group, plc, Nashville; an accounting specialist with St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville; and accounts receivable manager for The Athletic Club at Maryland Farms, Brentwood.

After attending Nashville State Technical Institute, majoring in electrical engineering technology, Hunter majored in computer information systems at Belmont College in Nashville.
