Brenda graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Brenda joined Brentwood Services, Inc. in September of 2005. Her primary focus has been to supervise the case management team. In addition, she initiated and supervises the in-house utilization review department. 

Prior to joining BSI, Brenda was a case manager and supervisor for Care Management Consultants, Inc. She began her career at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in 1978 as a staff nurse, becoming the first Case Manager for Aetna Life and Casualty in 1980.

Brenda is a Certified Disability Management Specialist, a Certified Case Manager, and a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse.
